Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Program Director to be an integral part of our team at Premier Martial Arts Hingham. This person will be chiefly responsible for driving sales and managing the studio. The role provides a great opportunity for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to stretch their legs and develop their skillset in business, marketing and sales. A background in marital arts is not required, though a passion for fitness is helpful. What is required is a go-getter personality and someone who can drive a successful sales and marketing program.

The ideal candidate needs to be organized, driven, passionate, and goal-oriented to hit sales targets and maximize the success of the studio. There are meaningful opportunities for additional compensation tied to hitting sales targets. The role involves a good amount of autonomy and a large amount of responsibility. You will essentially be running your own business, and you will grow professionally and financially as the studio grows. You also have the potential to become a Director for multiple studios in the area if you are successful and prove you can handle the responsibility.

Position Description:

The Sales Manager / Director has the potential to double the gross income of a studio. You will be the first and most important contact a prospective client has with our studio. You must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. You must also be detailed, organized, tenacious and a self-starter.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm
  • Occasional Saturdays, though only 5 days a week scheduled

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation with systems provided in monthly advertising and promotions campaigns
  • Membership Sales
  • Management Task List
  • Follow and complete daily task and number tracking in software
  • Accomplishing monthly sales and revenue goals
