- We require an instructor to assist with teaching, preparation, administration, and marketing for our Martial Arts classes.
- Must have experience in Martial Arts.
Position Overview:
An instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction:
- Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and “edutaining” classes
- Customer Relations with the students and parents
- Curriculum
- Class Planning and management
- Drills for Skills
- Life Lesson BBE Mat Chats
- Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson Program
- Stripe Tests
- Graduations
- Student ranking, tracking, and reporting
- Demo Team
- Group Intros
- Events
- Retention
Training and Education of Instructor Management:
- Certified Instructor Training
- Performance Evaluation for all Instructors
- Instructor Schedules / Hours
- Leadership Program
Outline(Hours) of a Day Full-Time Instructor(scheduled based on 4 day a week schedule and a 40-45 hour week)*subject to change per demand
· Monday-Thursday 12:00 pm-9:30pm
· PNO- Second Friday of the Month 6:30pm-11:00pm
· WBBB- Last Friday 6:30pm-8:00pm
· Saturdays- 9am-12:00pm (As Needed/Scheduled)
· After 12:00 Birthday Parties (As Needed/Scheduled)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
