We are looking for a high-energy Program Director who is passionate about the life-changing benefits of martial arts and driven to share them with the community.

The Role

The Program Director is the face of our school. Your primary mission is to market and sell martial arts memberships, ensuring that as many people as possible benefit from our programs. This role is the perfect balance of meaningful work and financial reward—you aren’t just selling a service; you’re selling a transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Execute monthly advertising and promotional campaigns using our proven systems.

  • Membership Sales: Drive school growth by converting prospects into long-term students.

  • Management & Tracking: Maintain daily task lists and track performance metrics via company software.

  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute community and school events.

Qualifications

  • Sales-Minded: Experience in membership sales or a strong desire to master the art of selling.

  • People Person: Friendly, professional, and approachable; you are the first point of contact for our clients.

  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, detailed, and capable of managing your own daily workflow.

  • Results-Driven: Motivated by numbers and hitting financial milestones.

  • Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
