We’re looking for an energetic, coachable individual to support our Lead Martial Arts Instructor in running high-energy, structured classes. Martial arts experience is great, but not required — a background in fitness, athletics, or coaching is ideal.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in leading kids’ martial arts and fitness-based classes
- Help implement our structured curriculum
- Support class setup, student engagement, and classroom control
- Motivate kids while building discipline, focus, and confidence
- Be a role model for character and fitness
- Support seasonal events like summer camps, parents’ night out, and birthday parties
Who You Are:
- Passionate about fitness, kids, and teaching
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Athletic or coaching background (personal training, sports, bootcamp, etc.)
- Willing to learn martial arts basics and follow a structured plan
- Available for weekday afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends
